Ingredients list for Reshmi Paneer Pepper Kadai

  • 150 grams Cottage cheese (paneer)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, black peppercorns and dried red chillies and sauté till the garlic turns light golden. Chop onion and tomato into cubes.
  2. Add onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add bhuna masala and ½ cup water and mix. Add yogurt and mix well. Add salt and tomato and mix.
  3. Add paneer and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
