Sprouted moong and rice cooked and seasoned with vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli paste

Basmati rice, drained
Sprouted Green gram
Red chilli paste
White pepper powder
Boil rice in sufficient water alongwith a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Mix well and saute on medium heat for ten seconds. Add red chilli paste and vinegar. Mix well and cook for ten minutes.
Add sprouted green gram, mix again, cover and cook for three to four minutes. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and white pepper powder.
Mix well.Add boiled rice, mix well and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
