  • Bean sprouts
    1 3/4 cup
  • Spring onion greens cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    3 stalks
  • Sesame oil (til oil)
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic crushed
    1 clove
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


Heat sesame oil in a non stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for ten seconds. Add bean sprouts and sauté for a minute.

Step 2


Add salt, sugar and spring onion greens. Sauté for 15 seconds. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
