Refined flour (maida)
to deep fry
Mix together semolina, refined flour, sugar, coconut. Add milk and mix well. Cover and keep aside for one hour.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai on medium heat. Stir the batter well and pour small ladlefuls into the medium hot oil.
Do not overcrowd the kadai. Turn the balls a few times so that they get fried evenly golden.
Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve.
