By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Tomatoes Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tamatar Pereeda 6-8 Eggs 8-10 Tomatoes chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3-4 Green chillies chopped 3 tablespoons Ghee 3 medium Onions sliced 1 tablespoon Ginger paste 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder (deghi mirch) 1 tablespoon Vinegar to taste Salt a pinch Sugar Method Heat oil in a large pan and add sliced onion. Sauté till light brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and sauté for a minute. Add chopped coriander and tomatoes and cook on a medium heat till the tomatoes are done. Add vinegar, salt and sugar. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan, make depressions for eggs, break the eggs in the depression, sprinkle with salt and cover the pan. Cook on a very slow heat till the eggs are set. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
