Ingredients list for Tawa Pulao

  • 3 cups Cooked rice leftover
  • 1 cup Leftover bhaji of pav bhaji
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil on a tawa. Add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add onions and sauté till they are lightly browned.
  2. Add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala stir for a minute. Add leftover bhaji, green peas, capsicum pieces and salt.
  3. Add leftover rice, mix well and cook till dry, stirring continuously.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
