Ingredients list for Warm Souffle With Grand Marnier

  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • 7 teaspoons Butter
  • Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 6 1/2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • a pinch Salt

Method

  1. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add refined flour and cook over low heat until just golden. Stir continuously with a wire whisk.
  2. Preheat oven at 250°C. Grease four individual soufflé dishes and sprinkle some sugar. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
  3. Beat egg whites till stiff. Add salt and sugar. Add milk to roux and transfer into a bowl. Add egg yolks to roux and mix. Add Grand Marnier and mix. Fold in egg whites.
  4. Pour into soufflé moulds till three fourths full. Bake in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
