By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Jul 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Frozen potato wedges, Honey Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Honey Chilli Potatoes 200 grams Frozen potato wedges 1/2 tablespoon Honey 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons Oil to deep fry+ 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped 2-3 Spring onion bulbs finely chopped 2 teaspoons Spring onion greens for garnish + for garnish coriander leaves chopped a pinch Salt Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai till very hot. Drop the potato wedges, one at a time, into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Halve the bigger pieces of the potato wedges. Heat 2 tsps oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger and spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. Add the fried potato wedges and toss well. Add dried red chilli flakes and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Add red chilli sauce and mix well. Add spring onion greens, coriander leaves, honey and salt and toss till well combined.
