Shopping list
1 medium banana flower
1 small packet of poppy seeds
1 small bottle of vinegar
500 grams of basmati rice
20-25 jasmine flowers
1 yellow capsicum
1 red capsicum
1 bunch of spring onions
1 packet of cream
3-4 rose petals
1 bottle of rose syrup
For faster preparation
Process the banana flower and the other vegetables. Keep the mixture ready for the chops. Cook the rice partially with flowers and set aside. Prepare the kheer and set aside in glasses for chilling
How to go about it
Deep fry the chops and serve. Then toss the rice. Garnish the kheer and serve.
