Mix jamun vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, chopped onions, carrot and red chilli powder. Marinade the lamb leg in this for atleast six hours. Put it on a skewer and cook in a tandoor for twenty to twenty five minutes. Midway, baste it with oil and cook till done. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with onion rings.
