By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Aloo bhujia (sev), Medium potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Bhujia Tikki as required Aloo bhujia (sev) 4 Medium potatoes boiled, peeld and mashed 2 tablespoons Cornflour 2 Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 1/2 inch Ginger chopped as required Cornflour slurry to deep fry Oil to serve Green chutney Method In a bowl, add potatoes, ½ cup aloo bhujia sev, cornflour, green chillies, salt and ginger and mix well. Spread some aloo bhujia sev on a plate. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Dip in cornflour slurry and roll in aloo bhujia sev. Heat oil in a kadai, slide in the tikkis and and deep-fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
