Grease an aluminium cake tin with little butter and dust with a little flour. Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder into a bowl. Cream butter and brown sugar in another bowl till light and fluffy. Add egg and keep beating. Add sifted ingredients and mix well. Add milk and mix again. Pour honey in the prepared tin and spread it all over. Mix apricots and peaches in a bowl and mix well. Transfer this over the honey in the tin and spread evenly. Pour batter over the fruits and spread evenly. Pat the tin lightly. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn upside down on a plate, slice and serve.
