Ingredients list for Chatpate Baked Potato Wedges

  • 8 medium Potatoes cut into wedges
  • to taste Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp + for greasing Oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 3 Green chillies
  • a few Fresh coriander leaves
  • a few Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 º C. Apply salt, ground paste and oil to potato wedges.
  2. Grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it. Bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180 º C.
  3. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
