Cheesy Garlic Bombs Bread dough balls stuffed with mozzarella cheese cubes, brushed with garlic flavoured butter and baked. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Garlic Bombs 150 grams Mozzarella cheese cut, medium cubes 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped as required Bread dough for dusting Refined flour (maida) 1½ teaspoons Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped + for greasing Butter 1 tablespoon Method Dust worktop with some flour. Place the dough and stretch well. Add 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and parsley and knead. Divide the dough into equal portions. Make cavity in each portion, place a cheese cube, seal and shape into balls. Dust the baking tray with flour, place the balls, cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180º C. Combine butter and garlic in a microwave proof bowl and mix. Add remaining chilli flakes and mix well.Place the bowl in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Brush the proven balls with butter-garlic mixture. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and brush some butter on top.
