By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 2-2.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets Stick-SK Khazana 500 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium cubes 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt /12 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 Eggs for coating Dried breadcrumbs to deep fry Oil to serve Green chutney Method Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat. Take breadcrumbs in a plate. Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil till it is fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
