Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets Stick-SK Khazana

  • 500 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • /12 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespo for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • for coating Dried breadcrumbs
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to serve Green chutney

Method

  1. Put chicken cubes in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours
  2. Skewer chicken pieces onto satay sticks.
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat. Take breadcrumbs in a plate.
  4. Dip skewers in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and dip once again in beaten eggs.
  5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the chicken in hot oil till it is fully cooked and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney.
