By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Large onion Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Shaslik-SK Khazana 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes 1 Large onion cut into 1 inch cubes and layers separated 1 Large red capsicum cut into 1 inch squares 1 Large green capsicum cut into 1 inch squares 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste White pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/2 cup Fresh cream to taste Salt for cooking Oil to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon wedges Method Mix together turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, cream and salt in a bowl. Add chicken, onion, red and green capsicum and mix well. Skewer alternatively onto satay sticks. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the sticks on it and cook, rotating them, till chicken is evenly cooked all around.
