Add the garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, oregano, salt and crushed peppercorns. Mix well and set aside to marinate for thirty to forty minutes. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the skewers on the pan and grill for three to four minutes on both sides. Serve hot.
