Grind the corn coarsely. Add sugar to the milk. Keeping aside a few pistachios for garnish, add the rest to the milk. Add almonds, white bread crumbs and mix. Mix green cardamom powder in a little milk and add and mix well. Add corn and mix well. Add saffron milk and mix. Let the kheer cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in a refrigerator to chill. Serve chilled decorated with reserved pistachios.
