By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Milk, Boneless chicken breasts Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Chicken Toast 1/2 cup Milk 2 Boneless chicken breasts boiled and shredded 2 tablespoons White bread slices 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Crushed black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs 3/4 cup Processed cheese grated 2 tablespo Fresh parsley chopped Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Place bread slices on a baking tray, put in the oven and toast them till crisp. Remove from heat and set aside. Heat butter in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well. Add refined flour and sauté till the flour is cooked. Add milk gradually stirring continuously. Add chicken, salt, crushed peppercorns, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and mix well. Add half the grated cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and mix well. Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Spread the cooked chicken mixture evenly onto toasted bread slices. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and put on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or till the cheese melts. Remove from heat, cut into triangles, garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
