Dry Fruit Laddoo These laddoos are full of goodness of dates, figs, almonds, melon, flax and poppy seeds. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Dates, Dried figs Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Laddoo 1 cup Dates pitted 1/2 cup Dried figs 1/3 cup Almonds chopped 1/3 cup Melon seeds (magaz) 1/3 cup Flax seeds 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto) 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut Advertisment Method Dry roast almonds, melon seeds and flax seeds in a non-stick pan till fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside. Grind dates, figs and dry roasted ingredients into a smooth mixture in a food processor. Transfer into a bowl. Dry roast poppy seeds and desiccated coconut in a non-stick pan till fragrant. Remove from heat and spread on a plate. Dampen your hands with a little water/oil. Divide the ground mixture into equal portions shaped into medium sized laddoos. Coat them in the poppy seeds-coconut mixture. Dust off the excess mixture. Serve immediately.
