Lightly grease a round baking tin. Break Mathura peda and badam burfi and put into a bowl. Add condensed milk and mix with a hand blender. Add butter and blend till well mixed. Sieve refined flour with baking powder, baking soda into the bowl and mix well. Add vanilla essence and buttermilk and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased baking tin, tap gently on the table to level the surface. Keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
