Ingredients for Filter Coffee - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Coffee powder 4 tablespoons

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Sugar 2-3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan.

Step 2

Put coffee powder in the upper compartment of a traditional coffee filter, press down the attachment, add hot water, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Boil milk in another non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix well and let it dissolve. Add coffee decoction and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into traditional filter coffee stainless steel glasses kept in stainless steel tumblers. Pour the coffee from the glass to the tumbler and back a few times to get a froth.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
