Mix gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, baking powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala in a bowl and sprinkle a little water. Add peanuts and 2 tbsps oil and mix well. Sprinkle a little more water and mix well.Add the peanuts to the hot oil, ensuring that they do not stick together. Deep fry on medium heat till well browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Mix chaat masala and red chilli powder and sprinkle. Let them cool and then serve.
