Ingredients for Fudgesicles Recipe

  • Fresh cream 150 grams

  • Dark chocolate cut into small pieces 300 grams

  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons

  • Whipped cream 2 cups

Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, add fresh cream and cook till it comes to a boil.

Step 2

Take chocolate pieces in a bowl, add the hot cream and whisk till the chocolate melts and mixes well. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Step 3

Add whipped cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and tap lightly to remove air bubbles if any.

Step 4

Insert 1 ice cream stick into each popsicle and keep them in the freezer to set.

Step 5

Once they are set, bring them out of the freezer and remove them from the moulds. Arrange them on a serving platter and serve immediately.
