Ingredients list for Hariyali Omelette - SK Khazana

  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Spinach puree
  • 1 Large onion copped
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 8 teaspoons Oil
  • 8 slices to serve White bread

Method

  1. For each omelette break 2 eggs into a bowl, add ¼ chopped onion, ¼ chopped garlic, ¼ chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt, ½ tsp cumin powder and 1 tbsp spinach paste and whisk till all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Heat 2 tsps oil in a non-stick pan, pour the egg mixture, cook for 2-3 minutes or till the underside is cooked. Fold. Similarly make the rest of the omelettes.
  3. Serve hot with 2 slices of bread cut into triangles.
