By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Fresh parsley Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Herbed Baked Eggs 4 Eggs 1 Fresh parsley 3-4 sprigs Fresh thyme 1 Fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt + for sprinkling Crushed black peppercorns ½ teaspoon For topping Parmesan cheese powder 2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons Fresh cream Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Chop parsley, thyme and rosemary. Finely shred basil leaves. Break eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them. Add chopped herbs, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cheese and cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into individual ramekin moulds and top with cheese. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns on top. Put the moulds on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
