Ingredients list for Indian Salad With Mango Dressing

  • 3 slices Tinned pineapple drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Mango pulp
  • 1 Banana peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Tomato seeded and quartered
  • 1 medium Green capsicum cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Orange separated into segments
  • 1 medium Apple unpeeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder

  1. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator to chill thoroughly.
  2. Meanwhile, make the mango dressing: mix together all the ingredients till smooth. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and serve chilled.
