By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice flour, Semolina Cuisine Karnataka Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kayloli 1 1/2 cups Rice flour 1/2 cup Semolina 3 Green chillies , chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 1/2 cups Milk as required Oil to serve Coconut chutney Method Take rice flour in a bowl, add semolina, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Add milk, 1½ cups water and mix well, ensuring there are no lumps left. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of batter evenly. Drizzle some oil around and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or till the underside is golden brown. Flip and cook on other side for 2-3 minutes more. Use up the remaining batter similarly.
