By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Gujarati Course Breads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Methi Thepla-SK Khazana 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) chopped 2 cups + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) 1/4 cup Gram flour (besan) to taste Salt 1 a few drops Ginger-green chilli paste 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon White sesame seeds (til) as required Milk 3-4 teaspo Oil Method Mix together wheat flour, gram flour, salt, ginger-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and fenugreek leaves in a bowl. Add sesame seeds and sufficient milk, mix and knead to a soft dough. Add oil and knead again. Divide the dough into equal portions, dust each portion with some wheat flour and roll out into thin discs or theplas. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place theplas on it, one by one, drizzle some oil and cook, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides.
