Put prawns in a bowl. Add salt and ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, mix and set aside to marinate. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add prawns and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Heat 3-4 cups water in a deep non-stick pan, add banana flower stalks and salt, mix and cook for 6-8 minutes. Break red chillies into small pieces. Transfer the prawns into another bowl. Heat remaining oil in the same pan, add red chilli pieces and cumin seeds, mix and sauté till the seeds colour changes. Strain banana flower, add to the pan along with remaining turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt and mix well. Add sautéed prawns and mix well. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Place a banana flower leaf in a serving bowl and put the mochar chingri on it.
