Ingredients list for Omelette Pizza-SK Khazana

  • 16 Eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 8 tablespoons Spring onion bulbs finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Three coloured capsicumssauce finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Three coloured capsicum strips
  • 2-3 Green olives sliced
  • 4-5 Black olives sliced
  • 20-24 Fresh basil lves
  • 4 tablespoons Spring onion greens sliced
  • 8 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
  • to sprinkle Mixed dried herbs
  • to sprinkle Red chilli flakes

Method

  1. For each pizza, whisk together 3 eggs, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add ½ tablespoon garlic and 2 tablespoons spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté well. Add 1 tablespoon chopped capsicums and mix.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the pan, spread, cover and cook for 1 minute. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and top with 1 tablespoon capsicum strips, 5-6 green olive slices and 8-10 black olives, 1 tablespoon spring onion greens and 2 tablespoons cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
  4. Cut into wedges, sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
