By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Readymade pizza dough, Olive oil Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pan Pizza-SK Khazana as required Readymade pizza dough for greasi for drizzling Olive oil to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs 1/4 cup Pizza sauce 6 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated 6 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 100 grams Grilled chicken cut into cubes 1/2 Small yellow capsicums cut into triangles 1 Small onion quartered and layers separated 1/2 Small green capsicum cut into triangles 1/2 Small red capsicum cut into triangles 5-6 Button mushrooms sliced to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 5-6 Fresh basil leaves 2-3 Black olives sliced 2-3 Green olives sliced 1 to garnish Fresh basil sprig Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Knock back the pizza dough and flatten into a thick disc. Grease an ovenproof pan with some olive oil and keep the disc on it. Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle some mixed herbs on top. Spread pizza sauce and top with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons processed cheese, chicken cubes, yellow capsicum, onion, green capsicum, red capsicum and mushrooms. Drizzle some more olive oil and sprinkle mixed herbs, crushed peppercorns and salt. Top with torn basil leaves, green and black olives, remaining processed cheese, remaining mozzarella cheese and drizzle some more olive oil. Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
