Ingredients list for Paneer Bhurji (Keto Friendly) - SK Khazana

  • 400 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) gratred
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion chopepd
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 to garnish Fresh coriander sprig

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let them change colour. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till translucent.
  2. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Add salt and fresh coriander, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
