By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Oil Cuisine Punjabi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Bhurji (Keto Friendly) - SK Khazana 400 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) gratred 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Onion chopepd 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let them change colour. Add green chillies and onion, mix well and sauté till translucent. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add salt and fresh coriander, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.
