By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Roomali rotis Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Malai Tikka Roll - SK Khazana 400 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) cut into cubes 4 Roomali rotis 1/2 cup Yogurt 2-3 tablespoons Fresh cream 2 tablespoons Malai 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Cornflour 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 1 cup 3 coloured capsicums squares to brush Melted butter to serve Green chutney to serve Medium onion cut into rings to garnish Fresh mint leaves to serve Lemon wedges Method Take yogurt in a bowl, add fresh cream, malai, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, salt, cornflour and lemon juice, whisk well. Add the cottage cheese cubes and capsicums and mix gently. Set aside to marinate for 20-25 minutes. Preheat the oven at 200° C. Skewer the capsicum and cottage cheese cubes alternately onto soaked skewers and place it on a lined baking tray. Brush melted butter on them, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes. For each roll, apply chutney in the middle of a romali roti, place one skewer of cottge cheese-capsicums on it and remove the skewer. Keep some onion rings on top and sprinkle some chaat masala, fold the edges and roll it from one side to the other. Repeat for the rest of the romali rotis. Grease a griller with melted butter and place the rolls on it, apply butter on top of them, close the griller and grill for 3-5 minutes.
