Ingredients list for Peach Pancake

  • 12-16 Canned peaches halved
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 pinches Cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Butter for cooking + for serving
  • pieces Soda bicarbonate a large pinch
  • for garnishing Honey

Method

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, cinnamon powder, refined flour, milk and whisk well.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan. Place half the peach pieces in the pan, add 1 tsp butter and cook for half a minute.
  3. Add soda to the batter and mix well. Spread half the batter in the pan. Cover and cook on low heat.
  4. Flip the pancake, apply little butter and cook till the other side is golden. Spread sautéed peaches at one end and fold the other side over.
  5. Similarly cook another pancake.
  6. Transfer pancakes onto serving plates, apply some butter, place remaining peaches on them, drizzle some honey and serve hot.
