This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Jan 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fresh Peaches, Walnut Kernels Cuisine American Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Peach and Walnut Salad 4 Fresh Peaches tinned 4 Walnut Kernels 1/2 cup Walnut kernels 7-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves soaked in chilled water 15-20 florets Broccoli blanched 2 tablespoons Eggless mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli sauce a few Mint leaves Method Advertisment Heat water in a non stick pan, add walnuts and blanch them for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lettuce leaves from water and pat them dry with tissue paper. Drain the walnuts, refresh in cold water and put them in a bowl. Roughly cut fresh peaches and also tinned peaches. Put mayonnaise in another bowl, add chilli garlic and mix well. Add red chilli sauce and mix. Tear the lettuce leaves and put into a mixing bowl. Add broccoli, peaches, walnuts, mayonnaise dressing. Finely chop mint leaves and add to the bowl. Mix with a light hand. Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately.
