By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Peanut butter, Dark chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Peanut Butter Chocolates ¾ cup Peanut butter 2 cups Dark chocolate melted ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) ½ cup Fresh cream 1 tablespoon Butter as required Peanuts coarsely crushed Method To prepare caramel sauce, heat castor sugar in a non-stick pan and cook till it caramelizes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add butter and mix till it melts. Fill a plastic chocolate mould tray with melted dark chocolate, swirl it around and pour back into the chocolate bowl. Scrape off excess with a scrapper. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Fill 2 different piping bags with caramel sauce and peanut butter in each. Pipe out some caramel sauce in each mould filling ¼ of it. Put some crushed peanuts on top. Pipe out peanut butter filling ¾ of it and gently tap the tray. Fill up moulds with remaining melted dark chocolate and tap. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
