Add sufficient water, little by little and knead into soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 10-15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions, shape them into balls, coat in flour and roll out into a phulka. Heat a non-stick tawa. Cook each phulka till brown specs are formed on the underside.
