Ingredients list for Plum Chutney

  • 1 cup Mixed Plums
  • 1 cup Jaggery chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery (gur) grated

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add red and black plums and mix well.
  2. Add sea salt and salt and mix well. Increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Add grated jaggery, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens.
  5. Take the pan off the heat and set aside to cool for a while. Serve.
