Blend together soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, paprika, oregano, crushed peppercorns and one tablespoon oil to a smooth paste. Marinate the chicken pieces with the prepared paste and set aside for twelve to twenty four hours. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, add marinated chicken pieces and cook till the sides are browned. Remove and place the chicken pieces on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for ten to twelve minutes or till fully cooked. Serve hot.
