By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Dec 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Large prawns, Salt Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Prawns Koliwada - SK Khazana 12 Large prawns shelled and deveined to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoons Roasted cumin powder 2 tablespoons Garlic paste 2 tablespoons Ginger paste 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 3 tablespoons Yogurt 5-6 tablespoons Gram flour (besan) to deep fry Oil to sprinkle Chaat masala to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon slices to serve Green chutney Method Take prawns in a bowl, add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste and lemon juice and mix well. Add yogurt and gram flour, mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Deep-fry the marinated prawns till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
