Rawa Bread(pizza style) Semolina-yogurt mixture applied on either side of bread slices and pan fried By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Semolina (rawa/suji) Cuisine Indo-Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Rawa Bread(pizza style) 1 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 4 slices Bread 1 medium Onion chopped 1 medium Green capsicum chopped 1 medium Tomato deseeded & chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Oil Method In a large bowl mix together semolina, yogurt, onion, green capsicum, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Set aside for five minutes. Apply the mixture on one side of the bread.Heat oil on a non-stick tawa.
