Combine fish, chilli sauce, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Finely chop basil leaves. Add pressed rice, basil leaves and egg to the fish. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. Place marinated fish in a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
