Ingredients list for Rice Flake Fish

  • 3 tablespoons Pressed rice (poha) thick
  • 6 Boneless fish
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 7-8 Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 Egg
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine fish, chilli sauce, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in bowl. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop basil leaves. Add pressed rice, basil leaves and egg to the fish. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Place marinated fish in a baking dish and cook in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Drizzle a little oil and cook in the oven for 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
