By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Apr 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Noodles, White sesame seeds Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Simple Sesame Noodles 2 cups Noodles boiled 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon Sesame oil (til oil) 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar for garnishing Spring onion greens chopped to taste Salt Method Roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till fragrant and light brown. Transfer into a bowl. Heat sesame oil in the same pan. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add noodles and salt and toss. Add soy sauce and toss. Add toasted sesame seeds, reserving some for garnishing, and toss lightly. Add vinegar and toss.
