Ingredients for Sitaphal Cream - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Fresh custard apple (sitaphal) pulp

  • Large custard apple seeded 1 + For topping

  • Vanilla ice cream 3 scoops

  • Sugar powdered 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Whipped cream For topping

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish

Method

Step 1

Take ice cream in a mixing bowl, add custard apple puree, powdered sugar, cream, custard apple flesh and cardamom powder and whisk well.

Step 2

Put the mixture into individual serving glasses, top with some custard apple flesh, whipped cream rosette and garnish with mint sprigs.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
