By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Onion Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Steamed Egg Katori-SK Khazana 4 Eggs 4 teaspoons Onion finely chopped 4 teaspoons Green capsicum finely chopped 2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Black peppercorns crushed to taste Salt 4 teaspoons Processed cheese grated Method Break an egg into each of 4 glass bowls. Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon green capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, 1 teaspoon cheese and salt in each bowl. Heat sufficient water in the lower part of a steamer. Place the bowls in the perforated upper container, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
