Ingredients for Strawberry and Bourbon Fool Recipe
Strawberries compote 3-4 tables as required
Whipped cream 4 cups
bourbon whiskey ¼ cup
Sea salt ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
Method
Step 1
Take whipped cream in a bowl. Add bourbon whiskey and fold in. Add sea salt, lemon juice and 3-4 tablespoons strawberry compote and fold in well.
Step 2
Fill a piping bag with whipped cream mixture.
Step 3
Put some strawberry compote on the side of individual tall glasses and swirl to create a pattern. Pipe in whipped cream mixture and top with some strawberry compote.
Step 4
Serve immediately garnished with mint sprigs.
