Ingredients for Taco Sev Puri - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Taco shells 8

  • Potatoes boiled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/2 cup

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 small

  • Onion finely chopped 1 small

  • Green chutney 1 teaspoon

  • Date and tamarind chutney 1 tablespoon

  • Red chilli Garlic Chutney 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Raw mango finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Sev as required

  • Pomegranate pearls as required

Method

Step 1

Take potatoes in a large bowl, add tomato and onion and mash the mixture.

Step 2

Add green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, salt, chaat masala, raw mango and coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3

Stuff this mixture into each taco shell, coat the edges with sev and place them on a serving plate.

Step 4

Garnish with pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
