Add salt, lemon juice, crushed red chillies, crushed coriander seeds, ginger, sweet tamarind chutney and honey and mix well. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator till it is time to serve. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Shred lettuce and put them in stemmed glasses. Add the marinated prawns to the oil in the pan and cook, stirring, till the prawns are done. Drain and place the prawns over the lettuce and serve hot immediately.
