By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Processed cheese, Cheddar cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Three Cheese Samosa-SK Khazana 3/4 cup Processed cheese grared 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese grated 12/16 Samosa patti 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped as required Refined flour slurry to deep fry Oil Method Mix together processed cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and parsley in a bowl. Shape samosa pattis into cones, fill them with some cheese mixture and shape into samosas sealing the open end with flour slurry. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
